HØLM Makes International Headlines
Stockroom Syndrome gets a mention in Japan and Chinese-language gaming media. Workplace misery travels well.
HØLM's questionable working conditions are getting a little attention overseas. Stockroom Syndrome has been featured by Japan's Denfaminicogamer, Taiwan's Ludens Media and Chinese-language site FiT / ACG.
The pieces introduce the game, its furniture-building night shift and the free Steam demo, with a look at the unpleasant things waiting between the displays. Apparently following confusing instructions while something tries to kill you needs very little explanation in any language.
A big thank you to all three publications for sharing the game, and to anyone discovering it through their coverage. It's lovely to see this strange little furniture shop reaching people further afield.
Have a read through the links above, or try the free demo on Steam. HØLM welcomes international applicants. The staff induction remains deeply inadequate.
